Hands-on advisory led personally by an experienced CEO and board director across the remaining stages of The Value Growth Framework: shaping your Value Growth Strategy, the Change Audit and transformation roadmap, and an executive sounding board and transformation tracker through to stabilization. Each engagement is scoped to your situation and quoted at a fixed fee.

What is the difference between the Snapshot and the full 2ndOpinion®?: The Snapshot is report only and covers the essentials: your executive summary and the full diagnostic scorecard across the six areas, the financial indicators and the AI-era stage. The full review adds the verdict, goal alignment, area-by-area findings, sector context, competitive position, growth gaps and priorities — plus an advisory session with a Techboard executive.
How does the Snapshot upgrade credit work?: Starting with a Snapshot carries no financial risk. If you commission the full Strategic Diagnostic within 30 days, the whole €1,800 / SEK 19,900 is deducted from the €4,500 / SEK 49,000 fee.
What is the difference between the AI-4Values™ Snapshot and the full Diagnostic?: The Snapshot is report only: an executive summary and diagnostic scorecard across the four stages of AI value creation — productivity increase, customer value improvement, value chain expansion and ecosystem control. The full Diagnostic adds systems and data readiness across your value chain and supply chain, progress against your stated AI targets, stage-by-stage findings, sector and competitor context where evidence allows, missed AI value, three sequenced first actions, a stay course / adjust / redesign verdict, and an appendix with your input, benchmarks and sources.
How does the AI-4Values™ AI Strategy credit work?: Half the full Diagnostic fee — €1,750 / SEK 19,000 — is credited toward a follow-up AI Strategy engagement commissioned within 30 days of the report being released. The Snapshot instead carries a 100% upgrade credit toward the full Diagnostic if commissioned within 30 days. All prices exclude VAT.
How long does it take?: Days, not weeks. Once your submission is complete, the diagnostic is produced and read by a Techboard executive before release.
Who sees our material?: Only Techboard. Your submission and documents stay inside your own account and are never shared or published.
What if we already have a strategy?: That is the point. 2ndOpinion® re-tests the strategy you have against what the market has become — it does not write a new one.
What happens after the report?: You may act on it yourself, or continue into next phases of the The Value Growth Framework — in which case half the fee, €2,250 / SEK 24,500, is credited.
